Home loan insurance bad service

I am a very disappointed with absa home insurance. Last year in September i filled a complaint about my roof that is leaking and to an extent that my ceilings and walls were damaged so i phoned Absa and i was told to get a contractor myself because your your contractors are scared to come to my area so i did get Azfa Contractors and paid R350 for call ot fee they then came to my house and saw the damage and even advised that this house is very old and most of the asbestos is cracked so he took pictures of the damage and gave us the quotation which i then send it to ABSA for the purpose of claiming but after sending the quotation ABSA had a nerve of saying that now they will send their contractor to come and view that damage forgetting that they are the ones who said their contractors do not come to my area anyway they came and also saw the damage then the guy told me that they will submit the claim then I will hear from ABSA so i waited for the response but to my surprise my claim was rejected after claiming for the 1st time in 17 years and i was told that i didn't maintain the roof hence my ceiling and walls were damaged and they told us that they only cover for damage caused by natural disaster but my question is what caused my roof to leak is not natural disaster such as the strong winds and storms of cape town?? Who is supposed to fix wear and tear is it me or the insurance that i have been paying for the past 17 years?? And for your information i have been fixing the leaks and then after sometime it leaks again so i am tired of doing the work that the insurance is supposed to do.. So got tired of looking at the mouldy ceiling and i ended up removing the ceiling for the whole house and installed new ceiling which costed me almost R30 000( proof is available? but still the damaged is not fixed because my roof is still leaking and one part in the kitchen is metal roofing that is rusted and have holes which is causing more damage and one room has cracks on the wall that we have been fixing but still getting cracked. So your contractor must tell the truth because the saw that we have been trying to fix the roof and the cracks on the wall and there is physical proof in both areas, so i really want ABSA to come and review the damage in my house as i cannot afford to fix the damages that is supposed to be fixed by the insurance for all these years . If they dont come then i will expose Absa to the Ombudsman, Hello Peter and all social media believe me that is not the threat its a warning, i am so tired angry and you must remember this house still belongs to the bank up until i finish paying and get title deed therefore it is ABSAs responsibility to see that the house is in good condition so please send your people to come and review this house then we will take it from there... Your help will be highly appreciated..
