Home Loan - Evaluation Complaint & Suspected *****

I have a building home loan with Absa that commenced in 2013. My house is still not complete because the developer has been doing substandard work. I found a private evaluate who confirmed that the current developer is not building according to the building standards even though the Absa evaluates have approved his work!<br> <br> Problem:<br> I have asked Absa to re-evaluate the house due to the following issues with the house:<br> 1. Obvious structural issues with the roof and walls which are so bad that the house can even collapse if these are not corrected.<br> 2. The garage walls are out of square and not in line with the building standards
