Home loan cancellations - struggling to get feedback

Cannot get through to anybody in home loan cancellations. via email I just get a system generated message; the general contact centre cannot help; I logged requests, complaints.. this is now delaying the sale of a property and causing me to be out of pocket. Seems to be delay tactics to force me to pay penalties, event though I was told that by signing a new bond, that would be waived.
