Home Loan cancellation department
1 week of trying to get hold of home loans cancellation department, nobody answers 011 846 numbers, transferred calls continuously get cut off. *** number self help is no help. Numbers listed on website do not work. Poor service as usual from ABSA, had no option but to give 1 star as 0 stars unavailable.

12 Aug 2019, 11:31Thank you for the immediate private reply Pravesh stating that a friendly consultant will be in contact shortly however its been a further week and no communication....... ABSA at its best!!! I have no doubt that the consultant, if they ever phone me will not be able to help as i require the bond cancellation department to contact me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (They do not answer their phones if the numbers given to me are correct by the 10 consultant's that i spoke)
