Home loan

I have app**** for a home loan (bond), I have been asking for payment arrangements but I was told that the bond is not registered yet on my name once it is registered will be notified. When I went to the branch I found out that the bond is now appearing on my profile yet I have not received any notification. My worry is I have not made any payment arrangements so if the money is deducted I will not be able to pay because I must still serve a notice where I am currently staying meaning I can't pay for the Bond and rent as well. I would appreciate if someone can assist because I called when I was at the Galleria branch but my call kept on cutting.

I would highly appreciate that because I am panicking now I have not even received any Home Loan documents from ABSA yet
