Home Loan Application Fail

We are buying a house and a bond originator app**** at different banks. At ALL other major banks we got a 100% loan on the balance(we are already paying deposit), with interest rates ranging from prime -0.20 to -0.87. ABSA only gives us a 80% loan with prime +1.36% apparently because we are not ABSA customers, ignoring the rest of our credit rating. Well here is a little news ABSA you are loosing out on potential customers who would have considered moving to your bank had you given us a competitive offer. Your tv-adds attracting customers are way better than your actual service. If you are not interested in offering homeloans to people outside your bank dont - but also dont insult people with these ridiculous offers compared to other banks. You made up my mind I am now cemented at Standard Bank and will never consider moving to your bank - glad I realized this sooner than later.
