App**** for home loan through multiple banks absa approved me 100% principal amount. Received a call from Absa on friday week before last I disagreed to 11.5% interest rate not even leaving room for my utility, life insurance, hoc expenses, imagine that! tried negotiating for 9 % rate as that is what I can afford. The person said they would come back to me on Monday, Absa never came back to me. My score is 810, I try to keep my score high, pay my lenders on time reduce my lending, ideally low risk as a guarantee that's what the banks are looking for and I'm knocking on their door as I am currently a vehicle finance client that's not even taken into consideration so the slogan today tomorrow together over rated. At what cost will you lose an excellent client???
