Home loan 3 months relief Plan
I app**** for home loan relief Plan on the 9th of April 2020 via an e mail address that was provided and I also app**** online. On Friday the 24th of April 2020 I made a follow up and I was told that they will send it through for approval.
Today I called the call centre and I was told that it's been rejected for approval. Please kindly assist regarding the matter. Please see the attached documents for my application for home loan relief Plan.
