PATHETIC!! So disappointed in this bank that I have been with since the day I was born! (yes my mum worked for Absa and we always promoted this bank) NOT ANYMORE! My husband and I app**** for a home loan and we want to rent out our current place. We sent you guys a SIGNED lease agreement of someone waiting for us to move out so he can move in and RENT FROM US! What does absa say? You need to have three properties before we consider the lease? How does that make sense? How can we get three when you cant even help with the second one? We have perfect affordability and surplus income to pay for another bond, not to mention the current bond will be paid for by the tenants rent! We dont do anything luxurious, have our heads *****ed on so we can buy properties instead of cars and holidays and here you are not even looking at our comprehensive application but saying NO? PATHETIC! Dont ever say you guys support young peoples dreams!!
