Home loan

After ten years of being a loyal client, with an excellent account history, i have been declined a home loan of R350 000.00.<br> * i am credit worthy;<br> * have a credit card with absa with limit of R23 000.00 which have not been arrears;<br> * made a loan few years back and never missed an installment;<br> * first i have been approved, then a week later they withdraw my application due to the fact that the portion of my salary which is cash, has not been regularly paid into my account on approximate dates. But there is always lump sump deposits from my cash salary and my bank balance is never in overdraft;<br> * debit orders have never been declined or reversed;<br> <br> I am therefore not satisfied with the feedback from absa and reasons for not being approved for a home loan that i actually can afford.<br> <br> Please investigate this matter on my behalf.<br> <br> <br> <br> Best regards<br> <br> Ramona<br> (MC Jacobs)
