Home Insurance - Terrible Service!

<p>Damaged roof & ceiling due to heavy rains. Contractor took 4 weeks to complete repair works (after committing to 2 days). Half of the tools used for the work was my own tools...! I had to pay the excess to the contractor before he even started with the works. Of the issued job card, 15% of the work is still not done, we are in week 6 now. No communication from the the contractor in the passed 2 weeks... 3 complaints logged with ABSA, 7 emails to all departments & 3 phone calls later - No correspondence from ABSA...</p> <p>I consider myself a good client of ABSA. House is financed by ABSA. I do personal banking with ABSA. I've financed cars with ABSA... And this is how they treat me...!!! SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p>
