HOME INSURANCE SUCK!

<p>After the big hail storm in January 2016, we had damage to our roof. ABSA sent out a assessor to came and look at the damage. The contractors ( T&N HOME PROJECTS) they sent out to do the job came here at 12 o clock and finished at 6 o clock that evening. At closer inspection they didnt replace some of the facia boards and the wood was rotten where they were supposed to replace it. They also installed a new gutter which is leaking at the joint. We contacted ABSA and after a few days they send out another assessor, Mr Riaan Jooste, to come and have a look. Its now 2 months and nothing has been done about the problem and no one seems to worry .</p>
