Home Insurance Clain Declined

We lodge a claim for our garage door motot bout three weeks ago. There was a delay in processing our information as your agent got our contact details wrong. The claim was sent to two different of your service providers. We had to make numerous calls to find out about the progress of our claim which I find very disgusting about as you never even provided feedback at all.Never the less, your service provider came out on Tuesday. This morning when we phoned we were advised that the claim was closed reason being that the motor was not functional due to load shedding. Well that is a first. No report nor feedback from your service provider to us. This is unacceptable. You need to process my claim as my garage motor needs to be either fixed or replaced. Send me a detailed report stating what the cause for it not working properly. This is the worst service ever I got from an insurance. I need feedback by the end of today.
