Home insurance claim rejected

I am truly dissatisfied with ABSA Home insurance. <br> <br> We had a claim where the ceiling is falling. Apparently the rafters of our roof structure was not maintained (please tell me how you maintain a roof rafter)!!!<br> <br> Now the battens are separating from the rafters. The ceiling almost fell on my child and I am very disgusted at the way that ABSA handled our claim.<br> <br> They say the claim was rejected due to lack of maintenance. Which I think is *******!! <br> <br> I would like my ceiling to be sorted out ASAP!!<br> <br> SOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!<br> <br> I have been with ABSA for the past 13years. I am a good client that never fails to pay an instalment. Why do you want to suck us dry???<br> <br>
