Home insurance claim

I had an accident at my house and I claimed, it is 3 months now they can't complete the renovations.

In November they promised to send someone to install a light in the garage till today nothing has happened.

I spoke to Thixeko Rikhotso but he is not helping.

I feel like they are doing this because I am a woman.

Please help me because I am tired of using a garage that doesn't have a light.

I have emails to proof our communication with ABSA
