Home insurance claim

Last year December I lodged a claim with absa home loan insurance and they promised to come back to me and they failed to come back and early January I went back to them only to find that was not done. They told me that I was not supposed to send and email cause they take time to answer, while they are the one who told me to do that. I laid another claim case number *** and *** they send a contractor who fail to finish the job. Call the contractor Lungisa trading and they told me that absa advice them to bring back the access paid which I am still waiting for it. Reason was the claim is *****ulent. Went back to absa for clarification, no one can give me the straight answer. Spoke to Lidia who told me that Nombulelo is the kne handling the claim,she will promise to call me back and Joseph the one to accesser who also fail me. Joseph is no where to be fine. On the 10th went back again Carian icheck Nombulelo and Joseph and unable to get them. When they promise to call you back is the way of saying get off our back. They are unreliable and care less about they customers. Unprofessional people. I am a paying customer for more than 30 year and this is the treatment I get. Absa do something about your services. You call them you hold for more than an hour.
