Home Insurance - Appalling Service

<p>4 months ago!!!!!!- during a storm our big tree fell on our roof badly damaging it. We reported it immediately to ABSA and to date, after phoning them constantly, we are still sitting with a broken house!!!!!!! We paid for the tree to be removed and still have not been reimbursed by ABSA! Our many, many calls are only being responded with "its with management"!! Disgusting service after us paying our insurance very month for the past 15+ years!!! They obviously have very *********** people working there. Appalling!!!!</p>
