<p>What a discrace the day you need your insurance help they decline your claim. Reason wait for it..... "poor workmanship". We bought the house about 4 years ago. And recently the tiles started lifting and popping at the front wall of the house. Tiles were starting to lift and pop but exactly in a row and after a few tiles it turned left and ran through the house to the neighbours house. There were 3 accessors at our house. The one said it is a water pipe, the next said it looks like the tree route from outside and the third said it is due to the incorrect tile clue. Really!!!! Incorrect tile clue? Who ever bought a house and knew with what tile clue the tiles were laid down and the tiles are breaking as if it is a tree route. Absa really need to be realistic with they assessments.</p>
