HOME INSURANCE

I am a homeowner and just received a notice that my home insurance is going up AGAIN. Last year I laid a claim of mildew on my bathroom walls and roof, they sent an assessor with no personality, who can not say a word and was so unfriendly. And theyturned the claim down, we still do not know why. Why do I have to pay home insurance and why does my premiums go up, but when I claim, it is turned down??? My policy is over R6000 a year, the claim was less then R2000.00. This is unacceptable and I will ask quotes from Outsurance today for home insurance.
