Holds of accounts

I thought absa is the biggest bank . But after what they did to me my account its on hold for 3years now l did send every document they require from me but after blocked sent everything they went quite no more communication , I even go to the Primrose branch they say they will call me

Its hurt most when u are broke 💔 and have money in absa account that l can't use
