Holding someone’s money for your own gain is a crime

Absa is refusing to release a refund from a merchant that refunded me in September 2023. To date my refund is sitting with them on hold. They wanted evidence that they can release the funds back to me and I provided it. 4 months and no refund not because the merchant did not refund me but because ABSA Is refusing to release my funds.

What a joke!!!
