Hold on Absa account

I have a hold on my Absa bank account 3 week ago I went into the branch which the consultant told me about this hold on my account. I was shocked she told me it's about a **** on the airport about puppies being sold or something I told her Mam I don't even know how the airport look likes. But anyway it's been 3 weeks now I've been phoning them every single day and they just say someone is phoning me back today but until today no one called me I'm tired of this problem course I can do nothing I don't have other money course I'm a single mother who needs help
