Hold account

ABSA closed my account after a client has been refunded.they are very rude. Now I have clients who deposited money from my account they don’t want to put hold on my account. When I’m making follow ups they said I’m calling too much . I’ve send all the documents. Even the client sended them documents but still I’m struggling
