Hoax competition- misleading customers

<p>Hoax competition?????!!!<br />I received an email telling me I can enter a competition to win great prizes. All I had to do is spend a certain amount over a stipulated period and sign up. I did exactly that<br />At the end of the campaign I receive an email telling me to go online and ‘pop’ and balloon to claim my prize.</p> <p>I popped a balloon and WOW it seems I have won R1 000 Woolworths voucher and that I will receive an SMS with instructions.<br />I waited for 30 minutes - and no sms.<br />I called the call center who had no idea what to do.<br />I logged several queries which as per the email SLA should be resolved in 4 hours - but sadly several email and more than a week later- only automated responses and NO RESOLUTION</p> <p>The use of this voucher is only until end of March 2017!</p>
