High vehicle interest rate

My vehicle interest rate with ABSA Vehicle Finance is prime +2,25% (13,75%) which is bizarre. This is the second time that I have complained about it; the last time was a year ago. My current interest rate with a different bank is linked to the interest rate. I would like my interest rate to be decreased as there is no viable reason that my interest rate should be that high.
