High Risk Delivering of Credit Card

2 Consultants contacted me to deliver my credit card to my house who expired. I mentioned to both that I do not want it delivered to my home because I'm not at home & that its high-risk. I suggested that they deliver it to High-veld Mall Branch where I bank & that I will collect it from the branch. They ignored me totally & delivered it to my home. This is unacceptable! I am furious do not appreciate it that my domestic is accepting my credit card on my behalf! This is high risk! Why was it not delivered as I requested? I want the culprit to be disciplined! All the previous times my card was delivered to my Absa branch!
