High risk and *********** bank

High risk and *********** bank ever.I just found out that there was an application for a credit card on my name done withAbsa on the 19.07.2019.I went to the Festival Mall branch and they sent me from pillar to post instead of being assisted.I also went to the other branch in kempton park.They called the ***** dept for me and let me speak to the consultant who promised to cancel the application and send me proof via emai.All that is still not done and I'm VERY DISSAPOINTED! This is very much suspicious that the bank would not assist and yet the ***** was reported.
