High. People should be more vigilent.
ABSA Bank in Heidedal Bloemfontein in the Free State is robbing their customers R140. They allow custers to use an ATM that they are fully aware that it swallows customers cards. Knowing very well that the machine is faulty. They insist that customers should pay R140.00 for making a new card.
