High deductions

I was with STD Bank and decided to change to ABSA. Received a couple bundle where I pay only R49.00 a month as my hubby has been with ABSA for years. I understand bank fees go up every year, but they have been deducting over R100 a month for fees, this is besides for internet banking which I do not use alot and for a REWARD system that totally sucks. Today, an amount of R250.00 was deducted and no reflection of what it's for. They are pathetic. I'm closing my account and going to another bank. A while ago, I had R200 cash payment paid into my account and ABSA decided to keep R70.00 of that for themselves. For what the hell. These amounts are small, but how many people are they doing this too????? ABSA, you better get your house in order and stop robbing people. You better contact me to sort this out....
