High Banking fees and penalties during this time of Covid 19.

During this time of a pandemic in South Africa, whereby so many people have lost jobs and income, due to this pandemic, I have noticed that the Banking industry still charges hefty amounts of bank-fees, penalties if the debit orders fail. Why could these fees not be reduced. Why could a portion of the fees not be donated as part of feeding schemes, to feed our people, or even use to create jobs for people. People needs money and food at this point and time in SA and not high Banking fees and penalties.
