HIgh bank fees and change of account type
I have send numerous emails but my query is not resolved. I want to change my bank account type as it have ridiculously high monthly fees. I have been waiting for a reply...ca this be sorted?

04 Feb 2021, 12:06Let me just be clear. I have a cold account-not a premium banking account. I never asked for it. Someone changed it without my permission. I want it changed - and I wont go into a branch to do it, because it was changed without me having to go into a branch. I was transferred to some department or other that could not help me and before it could be resolved the query was closed. Not helped at all.
