HIGH BANK CHARGES ON STUDENT ACCOUNT

I cannot believe that Absa has been charging me but I am on the student cheque account. I submitted my proof of registration at the beginning of the year, but I still have charges of about R50-R60 per month whereas I should be having only R17.50 per month. What ridiculousness is this? I have been with Absa since I was 7 years old, but now I am considering changing to another bank that will respect me.
