Helpful consultant at ABSA
I went into the ABSA bank in Sea Point as I needed to find out something relating to my account. The consultant, Colleen, was so helpful. She answered all my questions in a friendly manner, with such patience and simplicity so that I understood. She then followed up on her word by phoning me to inform me about the progress of my issue.
