Help stop an auction - I have a proposed payment hoping to have modification and restructure and even take a debt review if Auction can be postponed by your legal team please

Hi , I want some urgent assistance , with Absa legal , home loans department .I sent a letter and appeal 07/11 /25 - REF C***7 - I can modify my proposal to include a proposal to pay arrears - we busy trying to get some funds - but the current lawyers Smit and Sewgoolam are handling and want 65% toward arrears to stop the Auction, dated 26/11/25. We dont have much time and I am trying to ask Absa to step in as my lender and assist us, I have given good motivation for a future plan to pay but the arrears are too high, to pay lump sum. I will appreciate a call *** to discuss a way forward at this critical stage - Please help !
