help needed

Hi Absa, I tried calling your call centre but I was on hold for too long. My dad who is 66 has a flexi funeral policy with you. I would like to know, what is it that my dad should do to give me power of attorney on his account with Absa. We also need assistance with drawing up his will. He is old and sickly and we are trying to get all his affairs in order. his bank card was just ****** by his girlfriend who withdrew all his money, we had the card blocked and app**** for a new card already. But we need to make sure the girlfriend has no further access to his funds or policies.
