Help in car finance trouble

Hi, good day

I am not sure to what department i must speak to so i have asking for help here,

I bought a car from a dealership on absa finance 15th March, problem is saw respray marks on the car and asked about it and the dealership informed me that the car was in no accident. I only got the car to a panelbeater now as they had a back log and was informed that it was indead in a accident and without replaysing the panels they only used body putter and reprayed it. In the inside is stating to chip and if you look close its acually bad. So we want to find out can we return the car and cansel the contract or can we held them responsible to have it fixed right at there costs, because if i want to resell i am going to have to sit with this trouble.
