Help desk/query dept does not function properly.

The systems to assists clients does not work. Different people handle the same query and each time I reply a new query number and answer is issued. 3 weeks already and still no resolution. Then I also have to explain the same thing each time because ABSA does not look at current correspondence on their side or the query number which is on their system
