Help at last!
After struggling to get through to a consultant eventually Thatcher answered my call. What a sweet and helpful young lady! Although our call was rather short she assisted me to resolve my query very quickly. Coming from a contact centre myself, I understand both frustrations of being an agent and a caller. Thank you Thatcher for improving my experience with ABSA. I trust you will continue to do such a great job!
