Hello peter is the new service desk for absa

Tjo, do we really have to come here to log a service request in order to be assisted by absa, as they ignore us on their main contacts!, funny how i get bombarded woth calls by life cover department yet I logged a ticket mon, Tues, Wed, and followed up twice today with regards to my credit card provincial approval! No answer nothing
