First you hand me over to an attorney for a student loan, then the attorney hands it back to you, then you hand it back over to another attorney.( Note that I was paying every month in the meanwhile, but with your flip-flopping you didn't update your systems. Wonder how much needless attorney fees you had to pay, haai shame) FINALLY! I'm able to settle this headache once and for all in January 2019. The attorneys send me a paid up letter. I was elated at the prospect of never being phoned on a Saturday by a rude agent, ever again! Today, 5 months later however, I get a call from a DIFFERENT, NEW collection agency asking me about this already settled, over-and-done-with, good-riddance, account.

ABSA I'm done with you. Our relationship was one filled with your incompetence, lack of communication on your part and the bothersome, follow up phone calls I had to make at the expense of my wallet and my sanity. I owe you no more. Do you really have no one else to bother? I've sent you correspondence in this regard, please update accordingly, remove me from your list and stop handing me over for things that are already settled.
