Hello Absa, goodbye safety

OMG!!! Two years after our fences burned down it happened again, without us being able to stopthe fire all our fences burned down, two months after struggling to get hold of the person in charge of the claim as well as the manager of that department we are still without fences. We lost water hoses and two storage units. Three days ago there was a break in at our neighbour. Thank goodness they didnt get into their house but still. The manager promised to sort everything out last week. After everything they requested we still sitting ducks for *********. Who will be responsible if something happened to me or one of my family members? I phoned again this morning but was not able to speak to the manager but was promised he would contact me back today and NOTHING came of it!!! We dont have the funds to do even a emergancy repair to the fence. We used funds we didnt really have to build a water container for the piece of property that hasnt burned yet. Absa just make empty promises but will easily take your money or take back your property if you dont pay your monthly fees. I live in fear every day and night for what might happen.
