The AVAF department is by far the MOST *********** division at Absa I've ever come across in my life! They cannot follow simple instructions. Not only are their consultants rude over the phone, their unit cannot process simple administrative duties! The more we call, the more emails we send, the more blunders they make! Absa is a Mickey Mouse establishment! The service is absolutely atrocious!!
