Heartless , pathetic bank

<p>I have been an Absa loyal customer for more than 10 yrs.And now , I cant wait for tomorrow to go to another bank and open an account there.Move all my debits to that bank.</p> <p>Absa debited some money on my account without bothering to consult me.The money which is meant for my son's heart medication which he can't live without</p> <p>My baby was admitted in hospital today at 08H45.Thanx to Absa bank for their heartless , pathetic action.</p> <p>Could Absa please refund my money , just to save my son's life.</p> <p>They should have notified me ,at least</p> <p> </p>
