Heads up their rear ends.

I am a private banking client and have been trying to get a statement reflecting my loan for the last tax year before the loan was settled. I have contacted privte assist and requested these statements which I was told would be forwarded to me. When I recieved nothing after a few days I had to contact them again only to be told that they were busy with it and that I would suddenly receive them in the next hour which believe it or not actually happened. One problem..The statements ony go up to one month before the loan was settled and thus no record of settlement which my bookkeepers require. I again phoned only to be told that the statements only go that far and no further. Now am I suppoded to stomach this bull **** and just accept that there is no statement or transaction record immediately before and up until the loan was settled.. I was then told that maybe they can provide me with a settlement letter and a date of settlement which I have still not recieved.. Private asssist is window dressing and a pathetic *********** waste of time. Can someone give me a statement of my loan for the last tax year prior to settlement of the loan.. By the way this is urgent. Not that anyone seems to care.
