Head ache to SMILE

Our Client replaced his ABSA buildings insurance with another company's insurance about 2 years ago. Unfortunately the ABSA policy was never cancelled and our client paid both for this period. We corresponded with the Vetting department at ABSA in order to cancel the policy. Numerous e-mails was send without a proper answer or reason why the policy could not be cancelled.
