Having a Will with ABSA bank is a No ,No

Absa trust fund in Bloemfontein is the worst.my father died last year on 25th May(2023).Up until now his estate account is not closed.How long does it take to close the late's estate account? We signed and sent everything that's needed last year but still now we haven't received our inheritance.I ended up communicating to people from hight court only to find out that they have been waiting for our executor from Absa trust fund to send A1.which she promised to send last month on the 13th march,but to my surprise yesterday she still hasn't send that A1.I so wish my father didn't have a will with ABSA bank.We have needs and we are suffering because some of us are unemployed.
