Haven’t receive a call from Absa even now
I received an email stating that the home loan specialist will contact me. Even now I haven’t received a call.

03 Nov 2022, 11:22My initial complain was my home loan was declined and I wanted to understand why my home loan was declined because every thing from my side it’s good, good credit score, good credit score, sufficient income. The home loan I’m applying for is R450000 and surely depending on the interest rate I would be paying R3500+ and I have been paying R5500 for rent almost for 5 years now without missing any payment even some years I would pay for the whole year upfront. I can even produce sufficient evidence.

My initial complain was my home loan was declined and I wanted to understand why my home loan was declined because every thing from my side it’s good, good credit score, good credit score, sufficient income. The home loan I’m applying for is R450000 and surely depending on the interest rate I would be paying R3500+ and I have been paying R5500 for rent almost for 5 years now without missing any payment even some years I would pay for the whole year upfront.
