Have no idea what they are doing

I am already tired of Virgin Money and I haven't even received my first card . They are bordering on harrassment with daily phone calls and sms threatening legal action because I haven't paid!!! I don't no how many times I have to explain that I'm not paying for a card that I have yet to receive or activate! I am waiting for the card delivery by your couriers . There seems to be no communication at Absa/Virgin money and if this is how they operate then I would rather not be a client! Sort out this issue please and stop with all the calls and sms's
