Have a loan I want to settle, but I'm waiting for a month now for the settlement amount

<p>Good day, I have a loan with ABSA, and I want to settle it before end of December, I have been asking for the settlement amount since November, and I'm still waiting for them to respond.</p> <p>I received an amount - and it was the incorrect amount, because it's only +-R2000 less than the amount payable in 2011. A recon and correct settlement amount was asked from ABSA, and I'm still waiting...</p>
