Hate is a strong word but wow!!!

This is now the third time I am complaining about the same thing , second time on this platform as once I did it on the Absa complaints like which clearly was not effective.

My complaint was about bank charges and also no one being able to asist me with restructuring my loan repayment as I can no longe afford the initial agreed upon amount , I have been trying for months now to sort this out . I even opened an new Absa check account as to stop The other debits that I had cancelled from coming off . And you what just happen Absa themselves went into my new account without my permission and just debited my account and put it into the loans I was trying to make arrangements on for months now , and now they tell me it’s been handed over and they also do not want to refund me ... it’s this even legal can they do that .. if anyone should ask me what bank to join every in your life ., after the amount of problems I have had with them and the staff and management that is so disinterested in your specific situation it’s absolutely ludicrous , they treat you with no level or respect or individuality to them life is Black and white ... are they really legally allowed to Go into any of your accounts and take money without your permission aside from the fact that you were trying to make an arrangement of which there is an email thread of ... WoWwwEEeee I am at my wits end and all the email threads I am getting from them is cold and shows proof that they actually do now care at all. They also have still not fixed the bank charges on the other account ....I just dnt after so many years of good service it has come to this and they are just refusing to look into my situation and meet in the middle I dnt even think they read an entire email threat that you send them they just point Blankly DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS....
